low batteries

Feeling quiet and sad and a bit introspective and a bit shut down.
This week of cold wet is starting to seep into my bones.
Can only stay perky, cheerful and upbeat for so long and think this week has almost sapped me of all reserves.
Can now only find brief bursts of smily-happy-lala when neccessity dictates.
How will I refill the stores?
